Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal.
- All products are digital content and services with immediate access upon purchase.
- By completing a purchase and gaining immediate access, the participant expressly agrees that the right of withdrawal is waived, in accordance with European regulations on digital content.
Refunds
- 2.2.1. Upon granting access to any course, training, digital program, or community, the customer receives immediate access to digital content that is made available online and is inherently downloadable or reproducible.
- 2.2.2. By completing the purchase and obtaining such access, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the performance of the agreement begins immediately and that any statutory right of withdrawal, cooling-off period, or right of cancellation, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is waived and no longer applicable.
- 2.2.3. As a result, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
- 2.2.4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Rocks & Rolls may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances. No rights or expectations may be derived from such consideration.
Memberships and Subscriptions.
- Memberships automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled in a timely manner via the participant’s account.
- Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Payments already made will not be refunded.
Termination Due to Violations.
- If access to a course, membership, or community is terminated due to breach of the Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines, any right to a refund is forfeited.
Technical Issues.
- Temporary technical failures or platform issues do not automatically entitle participants to a refund. Rocks & Rolls will make reasonable efforts to provide solutions where possible.
