  •  Rocks & Rolls Candy (“Rocks & Rolls”, “we”, “us”) provides digital courses, trainings, memberships, and community access via the Kajabi platform.
  •  These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, access, and use of our digital services. By purchasing or accessing our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 Services and Access.

  • Rocks & Rolls delivers digital content only, including online courses, educational materials, and community access.
  • Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing accounts, login credentials, or access with third parties is prohibited.
  • Upon successful payment, participants gain access to the purchased content in accordance with the terms of the specific product or membership.  
  • All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed via external payment providers such as [INSERT PAYMENT PROVIDER] and [INSERT PAYMENT PROVIDER].
  • Access to digital content is granted once payment has been successfully completed.

 License and Use.

  • Upon purchase, participants receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the content for their own learning and development purposes.
  • It is prohibited to:
  • Copy, download, record, or distribute the content.
  • Share content outside the platform.
  • Use content commercially or resell it.
  • Provide content to third parties.
  • All rights remain the property of Rocks & Rolls.  
  • Use of the community is subject to the applicable Community Guidelines. Rocks & Rolls reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to content that violates the guidelines or these Terms & Conditions.

 Intellectual Property.

  •  All courses, videos, texts, formats, methods, and downloads are the intellectual property of Rocks & Rolls or its licensors.
  • Users retain rights to their own contributions but grant Rocks & Rolls a non-exclusive license to display them within the community, associated social media channels managed by Rocks & Rolls, and for community-related communications.

Educational and Professional Nature.

  • The content provided is intended for educational and professional development and may include technical and business insights.
  • Rocks & Rolls makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, revenue, profit, or success. Participants remain responsible for applying the knowledge within their own practice or business.

 Liability and Safety.

  • Applying techniques, methods, and knowledge is at the participant’s own risk. Participants are responsible for compliance with laws, food safety, labeling, and safe practices.
  • Rocks & Rolls is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, lost profits, or damage resulting from incorrect interpretation of the content. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. 
  • Access may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated in case of violation of these Terms & Conditions or the Community Guidelines. No refund will be issued in case of misuse.

 Governing Law.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
